Why does having a strong bone density today, matter for tomorrow?

I realized that there is not one solution to loss of bone density – no single magic bullet. There are a variety of ways to approach improving bone density. This subject particularly matters to me because I lost, quite suddenly, two dear healthy relatives when they were in their 80’s, from hip fractures and the consequences of loss of mobility.

What can you do about it?

Three factors can help reduce low bone density and promote a healthier life:

  • 4 ounces of yogurt plain, no fat or low-fat.
  • 1 Oz of Mozzarella, Cheddar,
  • 3 Oz. Sardines
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Tofu
  • 2 cups Kale
  • 3 cups Chines cabbage
  • 3 slices of bread
  • Tortillas instead of bread
  • 5 cups broccoli
  • 15 tabletop of cream cheese

The first question you need to ask yourself is, “Are you getting enough calcium or Vitamin D”?
